La semana pasada no sólo había turistas y locales disfrutando los últimos rayos del sol de la temporada en La Barceloneta… un ejército de hombres basura invadió la playa del Somorrostro para reclamar que mantengamos limpias nuestras costas. Los soldados son obra del artista alemán H.A Schult y forman parte del proyecto Save the Beach, entre ellos habían carteles con datos alarmantes… por ejemplo, con la basura arrojada al mar se puede hacer una armada de soldados basura tan grande como 4 veces la población de España y otros mensajes pro-ambientalistas.

Last week not only tourists and locals were enjoying the last sunbeams of the season at La Barceloneta… an army of trashmen invaded the beach of Somorrostro to claim that we have to keep clean our coasts. The soldiers were made by the German artist H.A Schult y they’re part of the Save the Beach project, between them there were signs with alarming numbers… for example, with all the trash that reaches the sea an army as big as four times Spain’s population could be made and another pro-enviromental messages.
